Security analysis and security signals can assist users in evaluating interactions, but they cannot guarantee that a smart contract, wallet, transaction, protocol, token, or application is completely safe.

01Security Information#
Mondo analyzes onchain activity and presents security signals intended to make interactions clearer. These signals describe observed characteristics of contracts, transactions, and addresses at the time they are generated.
Security information is contextual, not absolute. It is designed to inform judgment, not to replace it.
02Risk Signals#
Risk signals are generated from observable data such as contract behavior, permissions, and transaction patterns. A signal indicates that something warrants attention — it is not a verdict.
Signals can be incomplete or delayed, and they depend on the data available at the time. Novel attack patterns may not be detected. The absence of a risk signal is not an assurance of safety.
03Blockchain Risks#
Onchain activity carries inherent risks that no security layer can remove: code is immutable, transactions are often irreversible, threats evolve quickly, and protocols are composed of other protocols.
Every onchain interaction carries some degree of risk. Understanding that risk is part of using open networks responsibly.
04Third-Party Systems#
Mondo analyzes interactions across an open ecosystem of contracts, protocols, and applications that it does not control.
We do not operate, audit, or endorse third-party systems, and we are not responsible for their behavior, availability, or security.
05No Security Guarantee#
Mondo does not guarantee that any smart contract, wallet, transaction, protocol, token, or application is safe, and does not warrant that its analysis will be accurate, complete, or current. Security information is provided “as is” for informational purposes.
Use security information as one input among several. Verify before you trust.
06User Responsibility#
You remain responsible for your onchain decisions. Consider multiple sources, take time to understand what you are signing, and never treat a single signal as the only basis for action.
If you do not understand an interaction, do not sign it.
07Reporting Security Issues#
If you identify a potential security issue related to Mondo systems, please report it to [email protected]. We take reports seriously and will investigate responsibly.
